  • T-case indexing ring available for 6-bolt and 8-bolt equipped models, check vehicle before ordering.
  • Will NOT fit Cab and Chassis models.
  • Will NOT fit rear air-ride equipped models.
  • Diesel models only.
  • Will NOT Fit Mega Cab Aisin Transmissions (8-bolt).
  • Vehicles with a Manual Shift Transfer Case require a Manual T-Case Indexing Kit. Add ZOND5409 in kit configuration.
  • Trucks equipped with a 2-piece rear driveshaft require carrier bearing shim kit D5406 (not included with kit)
