How to make a return?


Customer service being a priority at Canam4x4, we have implemented a new procedure for returns of merchandise in four simple steps.


Step 1:

Open and complete the Return Authorization Request.

Step 2:

Send the completed document by e-mail to kEncEmailsfupvsAdbobn5y5/dpn.

Step 3:

Wait for the return authorization confirmation that will be sent to you by e-mail.

* If you have chosen to take our carrier a Dicom waybill will be sent to you as an attachment.

Step 4:

When you have received your return authorization you can then send us the goods. If you have chosen the option to use our carrier, the pickup will be done automatically within 48 hours, make sure the goods are ready to ship and with the Dicom waybill on them.


* For warranty returns, photos of the defective part can help reduce processing time, if you have any, send them to us at the same time as the "Return Authorization Request" document.

** Any return of goods without a return authorization number will be automatically refused and will be returned to you at your expense.


We offer you the possibility of having the goods picked up by our carrier. Please note that we do not cover transportation costs.


The products must be in their original packaging and be in good condition. Once returned, an average of 5 to 10 business days is required to issue a credit. A longer period may be necessary if the parts are to be returned to the manufacturer.


For warranty returns, there is usually no charge for returning a defective product. The refund will usually be made by check or on your credit card.

For merchandise returns in stock, they will be credited to your account and applied to a future purchase. The restocking fee for regular products is 20%.

For special orders and products that we do not store, these are not returnable. Transportation costs are not refundable.
